Colfax Schedules First Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Fulton, MD (April 18, 2013) - Colfax Corporation ("Colfax") (NYSE: CFX), a leading global manufacturer of gas- and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced that it will issue a press release providing financial results for the first quarter of 2013 at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on Thursday, April 25, 2013.
