Colfax Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

                                

Annapolis Junction, MD, January 29, 2015 -- Colfax Corporation ("Colfax") (NYSE: CFX), a leading global manufacturer of gas- and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced that it will issue a press release providing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2014 at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
