The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of the offering to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares from Colfax. Colfax expects to use the proceeds from the sale of the common stock for general corporate purposes.
Deutsche Bank Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc is the co-lead manager of the offering.
