Colfax Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Fulton, MD (January 30, 2013) - Colfax Corporation ("Colfax") (NYSE: CFX), a leading global manufacturer of gas- and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced that it will issue a press release providing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012 at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
