We actively identify and manage environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) considerations that may be material to the long-term sustainability of our business. We take ESG-related risks and opportunities into account in our strategic decision-making, both by the Board and management. ESG matters are managed and monitored by senior management throughout the year. The Board exercises oversight over ESG matters at the full Board level and through our relevant committees.

To highlight the responsible ESG actions we took to meet the needs of our stakeholders and the high standards we set for ourselves, we are pleased to share our latest Corporate Social Responsibility Report. We made an incredible impact in 2022 but with continuous improvement as our core value, we are confident that our positive influence will be even greater in the future.
