Biography

Liam J. Kelly has served as a director of the Company since January 1, 2020. Liam served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Teleflex Incorporated, a global provider of medical technology products, from May 1, 2020, to January 2026. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2018. From May 2016 to December 2017, Liam served as Teleflex’s President and Chief Operating Officer and from April 2015 to April 2016, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Teleflex, he held various senior level positions with Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a medical device company, from October 2002 to April 2009, serving as its Vice President of International Marketing and R&D from August 2006 to February 2009.
