Biography

Angela Lalor served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, of Danaher Corporation from 2012 until April 1, 2022, when she moved into an advisory role with Danaher until her retirement from Danaher at the end of the first quarter of 2023. Prior to her career at Danaher, Angela served at 3M for 22 years in a series of roles of progressive responsibility, including her final role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the company. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of Northern Iowa and an M.A. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Iowa. Angela serves as Chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee of the Board.
